Mail Order Enquiries

Our mail order service is especially designed for those who are unable to visit our shop personally.

Send fabric swatch or knitting wool. State size and quantity of button(s) required, along with a brief description of the type of button you desire and any additional information. For example: formal, casual, work, sew-through, -with gold, -with silver, etc.

We will send you a selection of samples, marked with the price, for you to choose from.

Please return all samples with the order, indicating the button of your choice and quantity required.

Payment should be made at this time by cheque / money order or by Visa / Mastercard / Bankcard / American Express and should include the total cost of the buttons required plus $2.00 postage and handling fee (Australian orders only, please email us for shipping outside Australia).

Please remember to include your name, address and telephone number clearly on all mail orders and button covering.

Button Covering Service

For covered buttons, include enough fabric for each button plus 30% wastage. Each covered button requires a minimum of 10 mm on top of finished diameter, i.e. 9 mm = 19 mm round of fabric. Fine fabrics require up to 5 layers to produce a quality finished product, so remember to enclose enough fabric accordingly.

For lightweight or see-through fabrics (such as organza) please supply a backing fabric, or fuse fabric with an iron-on interfacing.

Some fabrics are not suitable for some covered button types. Please refer to the Button Covering Styles, or alternatively, contact our friendly staff on (02) 9550 1782.

To order your coverd butons, state style of button, size and quantity required. Identify the right side of the fabric clearly. Spedify any changes to shank treatment (see Button Covering Information). For example:

25 x 23 mm HR
30 x 14 mm HR with shank
