We ship through Australia Post, who have strict guidelines on their shipping rates - for small objects, they have a size requirement, up to 5 kgs. This means, that to ensure your goods arrive in the same condition that they left our hands, we generally use tracked satchels.

All covered buttons and online store orders of buttons with shanks MUST be sent in an Australia Post satchel to avoid any damage during shipping.

There are some cases where we can use an envelope or x-small satchel; this is relevant when purchasing ONLY sew through buttons - we are usually able to flat pack these so that they meet Australia Post criteria of under 20mm thickness. If you are not in need of parcel tracking, and would like to take advantage of this less expensive shipping rate ($3.50) please let us know in the comments section of the checkout - we will reimburse your account accordingly with a reverse transaction.
