Dyed South Sea Mother-of-pearl shell, rich cobalt blue in colour, with a deep lustre. This high quality shell is thick and robust in nature, with a wide soft rim and 2 hole sew through. Original 1940s condition, with some flaws occurring in manufacture (one side has slight flat edge).

Round, 20mm in diameter, 2 hole sew-through.
